I placed my order on 4/04/2013 your website states items ship 24 to 48 hours.  That is not an accurate estimate what so ever. Today is 4/22/2013 have not received merchandise.  You received your monies quickly, yet you neglected to ship my merchandise.  It was a birthday gift - expected to received it within at least 5 days.  
Think twice before you order anything from Richmond Times-Dispatch.  Quick to take your money and not ship merchandise.
